Pakatan Harapan Rally Draws Huge Crowd in Kemabong, Boosting Noorita Sual’s Campaign

KEMABONG, November 23,  2025 – Thousands packed the Rumah Kebudayaan Kg. Sugiang Tengah tonight for the “Ceramah Perdana Harapan”, signalling strong grassroots momentum for Pakatan Harapan (PH) and its N43 Kemabong candidate, Noorita Sual, ahead of the upcoming state election.

The event, themed around PH’s “Berani Berubah, Demi Kemabong” slogan, featured fiery speeches that focused on local development, cost-of-living relief, and the need for fresh leadership in the constituency.

Candidate Noorita Sual received thunderous applause as she outlined her vision for Kemabong, pledging to tackle long-standing issues such as infrastructure, water supply, and youth opportunities. She stressed her deep roots in the community and commitment to being a full-time, accessible assemblywoman.

The highlight of the night was the appearance of Transport Minister and DAP Secretary-General Anthony Loke, who threw his full weight behind Noorita. Loke urged voters to reject “politics of division” and back a candidate who would work tirelessly for all residents regardless of background.

“This is not just about one seat – it’s about giving Kemabong the future it deserves,” Loke told the cheering crowd. “Noorita is the voice Kemabong needs in the State Assembly.”

Organisers described the turnout as one of the largest political gatherings ever held in the area, with supporters spilling outside the cultural hall and following the speeches on large screens.

Pakatan Harapan issued a statement after the event thanking attendees and volunteers, saying the overwhelming response “reflects the people’s desire for real change and progress in Kemabong.”

With campaigning intensifying, tonight’s rally has energised PH’s machinery in the constituency and set the stage for a tightly contested race in Kemabong.
