SHAH ALAM, MALAYSIA November 22, 2025 – The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) today officially launched the ez-TTPM application for the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TTPM), a new digital initiative aimed at making consumer justice faster, easier, and more user-friendly.
The launch was officiated by Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali, Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living, during the KPDN Carnival Roadshow and Buy Malaysian Products Campaign (KBBM) Central Zone 2025 in Selangor.
According to Armizan, the ez-TTPM system was developed as an alternative to traditional methods that required physical presence with a fully digital platform that is more efficient and consumer-friendly.
In Phase One , the public can already file claims, upload supporting documents, and check case status online via the official TTPM portal without having to visit a TTPM office in person.
For Phase Two, launched today, KPDN has introduced the ez-TTPM mobile application, which can be downloaded directly onto smartphones or smart devices. This further expands access, especially for users in rural areas, while reducing costs and waiting times.
For the record, from 1 January 2025 to 14 November 2025, TTPM recorded 9,203 claim filings nationwide involving a total claim value of RM77.2 million. Of these, 6,881 cases have been successfully resolved.
KPDN remains committed to delivering fast, fair, and people-friendly services in line with the TTPM Customer Charter:
– Every claim is registered on the same day it is filed
– Hearing and case resolution are completed within 60 days from the date of the first hearing
